The oven doesn’t make the tofu crispy no matter how long I cooked it… so I had to put it in the skillet to get the crisp going. Really disappointed and wasted a lot of time! Coulda saved more than half the time and gotten better results if I used the skillet off the bat

My first attempt at both eating and preparing tofu. Wasn't terrible, but did not have a lot of flavor, was easy enough to prepare, but takes some time.

very long to prepare, not complicated but it took all day to do all the steps correctly... it is good but not on its own. I served it with cucumber and japanese mayo and it was great. very nice hors d'oeuvres !

it turned out fine, great consistency but too salty and not enough other flavors for my taste.

Great recipe, nice finish for Thai dishes, Asian, Vegan etc. (I'm not a vegan.....) I cooked mine on a gas barbeque in a grill basket well oiled, that provided a nice light char.

Superb instead of the oven I pan fried is to retain the moisture and crisp. The texture was perfect. I also added chili and garlic powder (about a tsp ea) which rounded the flavor nicely.
- cheers
