These were amazing!! Easy to make as well. I thought using the egg white would take too long, not at all. My kids loved them and ate 2! I recommend doubling the batch they are so yummy. It made 8 full size (8”) waffles. Will most definitely make again! Thanks 😊

Impressed by how airy these turned out. I’ll be un-yumming the other recipes I have for waffles and sticking with this one

absolutely delish! instead of full fat I added low fat milk and buttermilk and they were fantastic. Highly recommend

These were delicious. I used low-fat buttermilk and accidentally (my 6yr old was helping) added sugar in with the flour but they were very good. Also because I doubled the recipe I used 1/2 vanilla 1/2 almond extract. 😋😋😋

They tasted great but weren’t very fluffy I’m thinking I needed to make my egg whites stiffer I made them soft peaks but I will make again but make my egg whites stiffer!

Very yummy! I'll definitely be making these again. Whipping the egg whites real does make a difference. Feeds 2-3 people.

I made this yesterday and my teenaged kids loved them and asked for them again today. We did half oil half butter
