Yes! This is an excellent gravy. Now I just have to see if a facsimile of a vegetarian white gravy can be worked up. I have biscuits that need dressing!

Holy Cow! My new favorite gravy & I’m not a vegetarian! Made it for family that was though, and we put it on Boursin mashed potatoes & it was better than the darned steak!
