- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup (can omit, but it makes the icing very shiny)

Almond extract is a nice touch- they rolled out really well especially once fridged and barely stuck at all. Went stale kind of fast even in a container tho but maybe that's just a sugar cookie thing in general?
