- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (less or more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- mayo (Sriracha cashew)
- bacon (Eggplant)
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 tomatoes (large or 2 small ripe, sliced)
