Quite good, not sweet, not too spicy. Do not use a blender, kitchen processor may by better solution.

Wayyy to peanut butter-y. Tried to add more of the other ingredients to compensate but didn’t help that much. I’m hoping it will be better the next day after it settles.
Overall, I guess I’m just pampered to Thai Restaurant quality and flavor.

This Peanut Sauce was FANTASTIC!. Didn’t even add or subtract anything, well just a bit more heat. Love hot and spicy...Oh boy, did I dunk my veggie spring roll in it. Definitely will make again and again and again. You get the picture.

This was way too peanutbuttery. Very thick and pasty, the other ingredients were mostly lost in the peanut butter. It tasted good, but only because peanut butter tastes good...

I added 2 Tbsp of Red Curry Paste instead of hot sauce, 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar and a touch more coconut milk.

This is a recipe I have used with meat as well as green beans, carrots and noodles. It is thick but when mixed with other food it blends well. I stored it in refrigerator for a second use.

Fantastic recipe. I have made it numerous times. My family begs me to make it time and time again. I usually marinade raw chicken in it for at least two hours and serve the remainder on the top as a sauce. I also add brown sugar-either regular or low calorie. It is great with spaghetti too.
