Good. It was a it more watery than I thought it would be (I cooked it for about 45 minutes), but might be the kind of tomatoes I used (not sure what kind they are). In any case, flavor is delicious!

I made this recipe as written with tomatoes and a bell pepper from my garden - my family loved it!
