Great! I used bacon grease instead of coconut oil (although I have made it with coconut oil before and like it fine that way too). As long as you have the garlic and chicken broth, I don’t think you can go wrong with this recipe.

Very tasty. The texture was excellent, not mushy and not raw. I personally would reduce the salt by 1/3, but everyone is different.

Seriously easy and seriously delicious! I have a broccoli/ vegetable steamer but I will probably never use it again after this. The broccoli was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Made this with baked chicken with pesto sauce and baked potatoes. Yum!

It was very good... my daughter has asked me to make it at least twice a week and she wouldn’t eat them before

Name fits it perfect, also it’s easy to make. I’m not a broccoli eater so I haven’t cooked it much and when I did it was not good. My husband loves my new steamed broccoli recipe.
