Less of the seasoning would’ve been better I thought it was way too overpowering. I ended up throwing half the sauce away and adding more water to make it a little bit lighter.

Absolutely delicious!!
This was an easy to follow recipe. I followed directions as they were posted and the pork chops came out tender and full of flavor. It went great with homemade mashed potatoes. Highly recommend.

Great flavour but way too much oil Next time I will try just small amount of butter and not bother dusting chops to start Can do onions first then flour mix and then water

Very delicious. Making it again tonight at my son’s request. The sauce is wonderful and pork chops do tender!

Made it today. Turned out great. Made too much roux so had to remove some. Gravy was perfect and 1” bone in chops fell off the bone and were delicious.
