Whoa i did not think spinach could be this good! I skipped the butter and used 2 tsp olive oil, didn’t want it too fatty

I put some fried potatoes, radish, and mushroom (1” sq) and mixed with it.

I increased everything because we love love love this recipe. Just enough soy sauce to add a kick we also add bacon because bacon makes everything better.

I have been making this yummy spinach dish for years & everyone loves it! I now combine it with sliced mushrooms & it’s even better!
