awesome recipe. This is the 3rd time using this and it's simple and it gets the job done.

as Michael Symon suggests, I used the recipe as a guideline. in my version, I used 2 tbs organic coconut oil instead of butter; 1 C flour and 1 C of oats; unsweetened coconut milk instead of buttermilk; and only 1 egg. Mix was somewhat dry so I added a bit of water to get the consistency. Pancakes turned out delicious! will make again for sure!

Soooo delicious! Like a pumpkin pie pancake. I didn’t have buttermilk, so I used regular milk & they were still great - thick & fluffy. It does make a large batch for my small family though.

We used milk instead of butter milk and froze half the batter. Third time making them - family favorite

They wouldn’t stick together after you flipped them and each side peeled apart in the waffle maker after many failed pancake attempts. Of course I doubled the recipe, throwing them in bread pans and baking hoping it’s not wasted.

They didnt taste like much considering all of the spices that were added. We will not make again.

These were unbelievable. I used milk and they were still very good. I can only imagine how good they would be with cream cheese or ice cream as a topping!
