    I really liked this recipe, next time I’m going to cut back on the sugar, it was a little sweet for me. I also increased the pumpkin to 1 1/2 cups because I really like the taste of pumpkin.

    Moist and spicy! Great flavor. Mini loaves, adjust cooking time to 45 min.
