The best ever. I used pumpkin pie spice instead of the spices listed. Added up how many teaspoons total and substitute PPS with the same amount.

Great recipe! The first time I made this I took the advice of a previous reviewer and halved the sugar. That was a mistake, just make the recipe as written, it is quite delicious and not overly sweet. I did reduce the salt just a bit as I felt it was a bit too much with the amount of baking soda the bread has. I love the texture this bread has when it bakes up, much fluffier than your average pumpkin bread and not too oily as many recipes tend to be. A keeper for sure!

An excellent recipe. My only gripe would be that it was a bit heavy on the brown sugar - made a second one with half the sugar and that one was perfect for my taste. Also added pumpkin seeds on the second go and they were a great addition. Thanks!

It was very good and I always add pecans. My family loves it. Currently trying to make it gluten free.

Super tasty! Really easy to make! I doubled the recipe and didn't have enough brown sugar so used half white half brown and then added a layer of semisweet chips in the middle of the bread. Both loafs came out great!
