Great quick pizza crust recipe! it made quite the hefty crust. I'll play around with it. Probably halve it to make a thin crust pizza, and freeze the other half. I used a pizza stone, heated it in the 450 oven, then placed cornmeal and then the rolled crust on the hot stone. Baked for a few minutes and then removed, topped, baked for another 10 mins. Very crispy bottom using this method. Next time probably either use more salt in the dough or else baste the crust with a melted salty garlic herb infusion. It just needed something.

Good gave it extra time to rise and added a bit of olive oil and herbs to the top for baking - focaccia style

I make this with 1-1 gluten-free flour and use molasses instead of honey. Oh. My. Gosh. The best. Key is to sift flour in slowly. 💯

very easy to make and delicious to eat, but i recommend rolling it out thin because it rises thick and fast.
