  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (you can sub lemon extract instead if you wish!)

  • maple syrup (mandatory, of course)
