These were really good I added some onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and seasoned salt instead of regular salt and they tasted great my sister enjoyed them as well. They taste very good with parmesan cheese.

Sooo delicious!! 🤩🤩 I put them in the microwave for about 90 sec after cutting them so that it wouldn’t take as long to cook. I also started on low heat so that the oil wouldn’t splash and to give the middle time to cook. 11/10 will definitely make again 🤩

Oh man these were so good!! Crunchy outside, soft inside. I added a little more salt, and some onion powder 😍😍 So delicious!

i tried it but i think my oil was too hot, because they started burning but the potato inside wasnt cooked at all.

My family knows when i make changes to the regular menu methods and they all said this was the one to keep, and i agree. Crispy salty on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside.

This tasted great! I added black ground pepper and some shredded mozzarella! My husband had them plain and loved it! Great side dish for any meal!

Simplest of recipes. Does not take a lot of skill just patience. If you really want a great taste use some Bacon Fat mixed with the oil. Now that's how momma would do it and we all know she knew best. Really add whatever your taste buds tell you to them. That's the key to a great recipe for you.
