Simplest of recipes. Does not take a lot of skill just patience. If you really want a great taste use some Bacon Fat mixed with the oil. Now that's how momma would do it and we all know she knew best. Really add whatever your taste buds tell you to them. That's the key to a great recipe for you.

It was really good. I didn’t have the patience to evenly brown the potatoes and give them the love and care that each individual potato needed. But other then that it was good

Always a winner.. you can't really go wrong with pan-fried potatoes ;-) What makes this simple recipe so good is the cheese.. and the patience to get those lil' tater pieces nice and brown. The drier your potatoes, the less patience you need to get a great crispy bite so pat them tats as dry as you can get 'em.
