- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk (soy, or, my preference unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (other delicious options are: 2 T grade A dark amber maple syrup, 1 -2 packets stevia, or 2 T agave nectar)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 cups dried fruit (or any variety of fresh, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, apples, cherries, kiwi, raspberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (pecans or slivered almonds)
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats (you can also use quick cook oats)
- 1 1/4 cups soy (skim milk, or, my preference almond milk)
- 2 packets Truvia
- 2 packets Truvia
- 2 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 cups strawberries (any variety of fresh or dried fruit, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, apples, cherries, kiwi, raspberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup pecans (chopped walnuts, or slivered almonds)
- 1 dash sea salt
