    I loved this. Easy and delicious I had never roasted okra and this was a great recipe to try. Plus it's a great alternative to frying it

    If you like okra, you will like this recipe. Pretty good! I made this with mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese next to it.

    Love this way of cooking okra, I like okra now. Seasoned it with Lawry's Chili and garlic seasoning in addition to a little salt and pepper. My husband loved it. I will make it again for sure. I suggest when picking okra for this recipe you choose pods of the same size so they will roast evenly,smaller pods seem to burn before larger ones are crisp.
