We've been testing a number of recipies to try to get New York Style pizza crust. This recipe is the best we've found. She also has a lot of good information about the variables involved in getting a good crust at home. The best advice was using the broiler along with a pizza stone! That was the game changer.

I made this with gluten free flour blend, so it doesn’t stretch like regular, nor does it ride as much, but that aside...the flavor of this dough is amazing! I doubt that I will ever make a warm, quick-rise dough again. My family asked how soon I plan on making this again!

Easy to make and turned out great. Best to let it rest for 72hrs before using.

This is the easiest dough ever - mix for a few minutes and then leave in the refrigerator for next day (up to 3 days, I've used it up to 5 or 6 days!). Better than pizzeria!
