I used half n half. Added roasted jalapeños along with the green chili. Love the America cheese instead of velveta. I also have added roasted red pepper and it’s even better.

This is a very simple recipe. It was a big hit with my family and my friends I’ve made it twice. I did add more green chiles than what it called for, I also added extra milk because it seemed a bit too thick. This is very much like my local Mexican restaurant has

This was easy to prepare and really tasty. I made it for Christmas Eve and New Year’s eve. I added a few more cheese slices and milk but kept the spices the same. It was really delicious and tastes like an authentic white cheese dip from a Mexican restaurant. Great addition for parties and a dish you will likely not have leftovers. My kids were sad there were no leftovers😉
