- 1 zucchini squash (large sliced thick)
- 1/2 block firm tofu (drained)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (*optional)
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt (*or any salt)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
