Such a good breakfast, all the fat helped tremendously in keeping me In ketosis. The full recipe definitely makes a 10 inch and an 8 inch cheesecake though. We just double the crust and make two at a time!

Too much batter. Not sure if my cream cheese packets are bigger? I put the overflow in a casserole dish and added some chocolate chips. Haven’t tasted it yet. Crossing fingers it is as good as you all say.

This is the easiest and most delicious cheesecake ever! It is creamy and rich. You would never guess it is a keto recipe. Everyone loved it! The whole cake was devoured in two days. Soooo good!

Recipe was easy to follow, no one could tell that it was Keto, the crust / bottom was delicious. Only note is that I could’ve cooked mine longer - slightly wet in the very center - next time I’ll let it go for 60 mins. It was the first cheesecake I ever made, so I had no idea how much jiggle the cake should have, but apparently mine still had a little too much. That being said, it tasted amazing!

At this stage I'm only giving 2 star because I live in Australia and we only have Philadelphia cream cheese in 250g [8.8oz] packages, so 6 packages seems an awful lot which means 1.5kg [3.3lb] in total. Can you please help me out with what size packages you are referring to. Thank you.

it was amazing. I used a regular cake pan and it stuck quite a bit because i didnt havent parchement paper but the taste was amazing.
