    I didn't have psyllium so used flaxmeal. It was a delicious weekend breakfast or brunch bread warmed by frying in a little olive oil...next time, I will use the egg yolks to make it into French Toast.

    Looking awesome! Added flaxseed and cooked in Pyrex smaller loaf pan also added sesame seeds on top ‘cause that’s my fave!! Second loaf, tweeted this one last one went flat ☹️ this looks good!! Also used only a whisk for whole recipe!
