I do love this recipe! Made it just as written and thoroughly enjoyed it!

I really liked this hummus. I sometimes add cayenne pepper to add some spice (though when I’ve done that, I can’t remember if I’ve also included the hot sauce)

Great recipe and customizable. Very creamy and easy. I like bold flavors so added a bit more lemon juice, garlic, and hot sauce. I doubled the recipe...it makes a lot! Going to have to give some away. I’ll mix some fresh cilantro and jalapeños in a separate batch the options are endless!

Fantastic! I only ended up putting in 4 Tbsp of lemon juice because I didn’t quite buy enough lemons so I added 3 more Tbsp of chickpea juice to compensate, but honestly I think it was the perfect amount. It tasted great and my husband loved it too. I will definitely be making this again.

Excellent! The tahini was a bit too strong for me so I added a 1/4 cup more chick peas and 1 more tablespoon of lemon juice

great recipe! i was hesitant to follow the recipe exactly because i dont like hummus too lemony or garlicy but after mixing what i thought was enough actually wasnt. i ended up sticking to the recipe (minus the ice) and it was beautiful! i used chilli powder instead of hot sauce. i also added some roast pumpkin and extra spice + cinnamon to half of the hummus batch and it turned out fab! now ive got one 500ml jar of regular hummus and one 500ml jar of roast pumpkin hummus in my fridge! this recipe makes heaps allowing for play, its nice to mix it up!

Very tasty! For the most part I stuck to the recipe, I added a tablespoon more of the chickpea fava

Delicious! Thank you to all the previous reviews, that convinced me to try it. It’s very simple, too!

Loved it, so easy. Would recommend adding one ice cube at a time bc 3 made mine too watery.

Delicious, this is my go to recipe I always make this recipe and it’s by far one of my favourite Yums!

Used one heaped tablespoon of tahini as I’m not fond of the taste. Rather than add ice cubes, I used fresh frozen lemon blocks I had in the freezer. Other than that, followed the original recipe.
Excellent result, will make again

This is by far the best hummus recipe I’ve tried. Had so much flavor and is nice and creamy!

This is really the best hummus that I have ever made. I used roasted garlic instead of regular garlic but other than that I followed the recipe. I will definitely be making this again.

Spicy and delicious. Didn’t have tahini paste but still turned out great.

It was delicious and tangy. I put two tablespoons of olive oil in it prior to the final blend. The recipe called for olive oil, but only as garnish when serving. Therefore, the hummus was a tad more runny than I would have preferred (my own fault). I would definitely make this again.
