The first batch was okay. The second second batch I added Thai sweet chili sauce and sriracha sauce and it was amazing. Will only make it that way from now on.

Turned out well split the batch into four flavors: Jalapeño, Extra Garlic, Red Pepper and Lemon (added lemon zest).A little heavy on the salt though, as others mentioned. I’ll tweak for that in the future.

I think it turned out great I used 3-4 tablespoons of the chickpea water and noticed a recommendation of half a teaspoon of salt plus a pinch more at the end which was enough, and tasted as I made it.

I do love this recipe! Made it just as written and thoroughly enjoyed it!

I really liked this hummus. I sometimes add cayenne pepper to add some spice (though when I’ve done that, I can’t remember if I’ve also included the hot sauce)

Great recipe and customizable. Very creamy and easy. I like bold flavors so added a bit more lemon juice, garlic, and hot sauce. I doubled the recipe...it makes a lot! Going to have to give some away. I’ll mix some fresh cilantro and jalapeños in a separate batch the options are endless!

Fantastic! I only ended up putting in 4 Tbsp of lemon juice because I didn’t quite buy enough lemons so I added 3 more Tbsp of chickpea juice to compensate, but honestly I think it was the perfect amount. It tasted great and my husband loved it too. I will definitely be making this again.

Excellent! The tahini was a bit too strong for me so I added a 1/4 cup more chick peas and 1 more tablespoon of lemon juice

Very tasty! For the most part I stuck to the recipe, I added a tablespoon more of the chickpea fava

Delicious! Thank you to all the previous reviews, that convinced me to try it. It’s very simple, too!

Loved it, so easy. Would recommend adding one ice cube at a time bc 3 made mine too watery.

Delicious, this is my go to recipe I always make this recipe and it’s by far one of my favourite Yums!

Used one heaped tablespoon of tahini as I’m not fond of the taste. Rather than add ice cubes, I used fresh frozen lemon blocks I had in the freezer. Other than that, followed the original recipe.
Excellent result, will make again

This is by far the best hummus recipe I’ve tried. Had so much flavor and is nice and creamy!
