    Used one heaped tablespoon of tahini as I’m not fond of the taste. Rather than add ice cubes, I used fresh frozen lemon blocks I had in the freezer. Other than that, followed the original recipe. Excellent result, will make again

    i used Sriracha and doubled the garlic. i left out the water. using ice is a good idea. this is perfect!

    This is really the best hummus that I have ever made. I used roasted garlic instead of regular garlic but other than that I followed the recipe. I will definitely be making this again.

    It was delicious and tangy. I put two tablespoons of olive oil in it prior to the final blend. The recipe called for olive oil, but only as garnish when serving. Therefore, the hummus was a tad more runny than I would have preferred (my own fault). I would definitely make this again.

    Easy to make, easier to eat, have no idea what the ice does but it works deliciously. Super quick to make and easy enough to do even when drunk.
