- 1.75 oz. cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
- 1.3 oz. water (2 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon water)
- 1 oz. light rum (2 Tablespoons)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or vanilla paste)
- 8 oz. semi sweet chocolate (excellent quality, chopped, I used Ghirardelli 60%)
