Way better than what I’ve had at restaurants! I did make a couple changes based on falafel-making tips I read online. First, after pulsing chickpeas in blender, I let them sit for 15 min before adding other ingredients. I used 50/50 parsley & cilantro as recommended in this recipe. I did NOT add any flour or baking soda and I made the patties fairly small. They stayed together perfectly! I thought about adding the sesame seeds, but forgot. With how good they were, I think I’d continue to skip the sesame seeds, but I’m sure they’d taste good in it too. This will become a regular!

The best falafel recipe I've tried. So flavorful & delicious. Since I wasn't sure if all parsley bunches are equal, I used 2 cups.
