Surprisingly easy first attempt. Didn't need to freeze it and it was ready to be eaten after letting it set for slightly over an hour in the oven. Loved the soft and moist cheesecake!

Delicious! Though it is a bit sweet. You should put 1/3-2/3 of the sugar in the recipe. In my second batch, I cut the sugar by 2/3. It was great. The lemon was a great kick! I also made a mango cheesecake from this recipe that tasted even better! I replaced 8 oz of cream cheese with mango puree. Cutting the eggs down to 2 wouldn't hurt either.

My family asks me to make this all of the time. It’s so good, and easier than many cheesecake recipes. I usually add a fruit compote type sauce on top before baking.

Perfect every time. This recipe has been requested over and over for family and friend events. I change it only to add flavors (ex. Chocolate crust and raspberry jam) but it's fantastic every single time.

This recipe is a must in all cooks kitchens. It’s easy, delicious and doesn’t take 9:00 hours to make. Watch out, the cake batter makes for two 9” pie pans.
