- 1/4 cup coconut oil (LouAna brand recommended)
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (coconut sugar, can be substituted)
- 3/4 cup oat flour (just blend regular oats in your blender)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or whatever milk you have on hand)
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

A gloopy mess
I so wanted these to work. I’m currently freezing them in the hopes of getting them to congeal. Also, not kidding myself, these are pure chocolate and sugar. The only thing healthier about them is the coconut oil vs. butter.
