This was such a quick and delicious recipe. I did end up adding diced bell pepper in with the onions. Will definitely make this again soon!

I made these per the recipe and they were very good. Made them again this time adding a can of drained pinto beans and two small cans of green chilies. Also made 8 enchiladas out of the mix. Wow!!! It’s in my freakin awesome category now.

Would recommend middle rack and shorter bake time to keep the edges soft.

Delicious! I used mild enchilada sauce and it was still a bit spicy. However, the flavor was good everyone love them topped with sour cream.

It was pretty good. Next time, I think that I'll try to add some jalapeños or something to make it a tad hotter.

Easy to make but I’ll defiantly be going with a different enchilada sauce, Maybe try homemade next time. Meat was flavored good though.

Tasted good fresh, not good enough to make again but good. Reheated turned it into a soggy mess though and make the enchilada sauce taste slimy to me. Worth trying for its ease and cheapness though

Delish! I changed a couple of things but either way omit should come out great! I didn’t want to use ground beef because it’s sometimes too fattening and due to cholesterol issues I decided to use ground Turkey instead. I also didn’t use the cheese specified on the recipe, I used a mix of Colby and Monterey Jack and I added a bit of water after the taco seasoning because I drained the meat. I would definitely be using this again!

So delicious! I added a half yellow pepper. didn’t have enchilada sauce so found a recipe for turning spaghetti sauce into enchilada sauce and it was amazing. Also broiled until cheese was crispy at the end.
