Great flavor and crispy! I use this recipe often. I have a gas oven so I cooked the crust for less time initially. I’ve tried a few gf recipes and this is the best. I only wish I could find a gf crust that rises well.
Tip: Aldi and Trader Joe’s have the best melting vegan mozzarella.

I used my bread machine to make the dough! It was very sticky but ok then it turned out great!

Don't bake for the whole 20-25 minutes when you are first baking the crust. I adjusted the first round of baking time to about 15 minutes. Otherwise, by the time you are cooking it with the toppings, the crust will be rock hard. Also I didn't like that the flour blend was very rice heavy, so I substituted the brown rice flour for sorgum flour. Otherwise the instructions are easy to follow and this yields about 2 medium crusts. The flavor is good and it doesn't call for any hard to find ingredients.
