As advertised, it was crispy and chewy with a nice flavor! To one cup liquid I needed to add 2-1/2 cups flour to get the right consistency of dough. I was worried it wouldn’t turn out, but it did! I don’t have shortening, so chose to bake it on parchment paper, but the paper stick to the pizza. Next time I will try rubbing olive oil onto the parchment.

This really is the best GF crust! I was very impressed. My non-GF husband even raved about it and my toddler liked it too! It was easy to make and tasted great. We will definitely make it again and again!
