- 6 Tbsp. coconut oil (in creamy form)
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (full-fat, just using the rich creamy part of the can, save the coconut water for smoothies)
- 2 eggs (at room temperature, beaten)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
