These pancakes turn out really light and fluffy thanks to beating the egg white's separately. I have done them several times and they always turn out great. Definitely a family favourite.

It turned out great! Just made them for Mother’s Day and as an experienced cook I think I did fairly okay. All the mistakes were completely my own, like one pancake of mine looked like an egg at first probably because I didn’t fold the egg white enough. But my family loved it!

BEST PANCAKE RECIPE EVER!! It definitely also had to do with not oiling the skillet, THAT DEFINITELY WENT A LOONG WAY!!!!!!!! These pancakes taste like a LEGITIMATE CAKE!!!!!

I've made these twice now and both times they came out amazing! I never thought that beating the egg whites would make such a difference, but it does.

I haven't made from scratch before, but COVID 19 is the source of new solutions. I was mostly out of veg oil and had to use a lot of olive oil, I also had oat flour on hand, so substituted 1/2 white flour for oat flour. Added vanilla, too, and added blueberries when cooking. Would have liked them a little fluffier, but I think that was my substitutions that possibly made it less.
I would do this again.... but I don't want that much oil. If I could have found applesauce at home, I would have substituted to be 1/2 oil and 1/2 applesauce.
Not my 100% fav, yet, but a very good solution for pancakes; I would need to give it another try before making up my mind! ;)

They came out amazing. I added vanilla to recipe. You can freeze them for the next morning or whenever you want them.

Beautiful... so light, fluffy and tasty! Please take the time to whip the egg whites, it makes all the difference in the world. Did add a little vanilla and cinnamon.😋
