- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (grated, Don’t buy the pre-grated stuff for this; buy a block and grate it yourself. The texture is much better.)
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (However much you want, you can sub raisins as well)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
