  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (or fruit of choice)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (+ 1/4 cup for the next morning, if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (manuka, or regular honey or maple syrup)

    This is great and could be played around with to suit tastes. I leave out the dried fruit to keep the sugar down
