Tomorrow is the day, live outside of Philly and it’s a drive to get the best . Went to Cabelas to get my pan today , like the cast iron idea . Pan one side pizza pan the other. Well I made the pizza today and was very happy with the results I feel I’m 75% there . I need to tweak due to temperatures and I think I worked the dough a little to much in the beginning. The cast iron pan I posted worked great , just make sure you take dimensions before making purchase. The pizza was great and watch the video many times it really helps .
