Very good and easy. Admittedly it wasn’t a thick stew — more of a vegetable beef soup. I didn’t mind that . But great flavor.

I've made this exact recipe dozens of times now and it is absolutely DELICIOUS!!

Made this for dinner and even added paprika and cayenne for more flavor and unfortunately my husband took two bites and hated it. Now we’re stuck with a whole pot full of beef stew. I’ll eat it here and there only because I hate wasting food, but I don’t care for it either. Very disappointed!!

This was really simple to make . I added mushrooms, cayenne and smoked paprika for a little spice . Taste great I would definitely make this in the crockpot again !

This is the second time I've made this recipe. My family loves it. Lots of flavor. Beef is tender. Lots of vegetables

Delicious & kids loved it! Browned my meat in all spices, garlic & onions first on stove. Then added all veggies & broth. Mixed together & poured into my pressure cooker & cooked for 30 min. Potatoes soft & so much flavor.

Good and easy! Definitely will make again and mix things up with 1/4-1/2 teaspoons of allspice, cinnamon, and/or clove. I will also try red wine, bay leaves (take out at end), and pearl onions. This would be nice to serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl. Thank you!!

Very good! Agree it lacks a little in the flavouring but I added chilli sauce to spice it up. Isn’t a thick consistency either but that could just be my batch which was fine by us as we enjoy it more soupy like . Would make again for sure

it was good, i added extra seasoning. needed more flour mixture, as it was too thin.

Kids loved it, we love spicy food so I added a kick with some thinly sliced habanero peppers

To make this recipe easier for when you're on the the run, I skipped all the seasoning, and beef broth and instead added 4 cups of water with a stew seasoning mix. And it was delicious!
