This recipe is actually on Yummly in a few places. The sauce was amazing.
I put a thermometer in my tenderloin - by the time I checked it at about 3 hours, it read 180º. Another recipe I had said not to overcook it and to take it out at 145º - goodness. It was a bit dry by then. Perhaps because the 2.3 lb tenderloin I had was in 2 pieces? So I sliced it thin and put it back in the sauce in the crock pot. I served it with parsley and parmesan buttered wide noodles. It really was good. So - even tho I overcooked it a bit, it was great. I would suggest using a meat thermometer... I am not sure this is the best use of a tenderloin. Maybe a pork loin would be just as good and more economical (and would require the whole time). I would like to see if anyone has tried that. If not, I think I will the next time and double the sauce. Yum!

This is a very yummy but easy recipe everyone loves it in my family and the meat is so flavorful and falls apart
