The recipe makes a lot less than it says... only made two and a half ramekins when it says it makes 4 /:

Really enjoyed these. Second time making them. Mine also did not brown, but the torch worked. Served with some fruit. Yum

I really enjoyed it. It was my first time making Creme Brulee. It obviously won't be glassy at the top like in restaurants, unless you torch it? IDK, my did not turn out glassy, but it was absolutely delicious. I ate it without toppings. I will definitely do toppings next time.
