The tarts are just as advertised. Easy to make and very delicious. I like them runny and didn't disappoint.

I have been on a quest to make the perfect butter tart, and this is it! My husband and I like them soft but not runny. I followed the directions to make them less runny (add an extra egg, increase brown sugar & decrease corn syrup) AND I baked them for longer, 17 minutes in total. Best ever!

Mmmmmmm turned out so good! I followed the note on the bottom to make the centre a bit thicker. Would definitely recommend this recipe!! (Also used butter instead of shortening)
