This is a good base. I added extra jalapeño and hit Italian sausage. I prefer a little more chili powder, dried red peppers, about 1.5 tablespoons of cayenne pepper and more onion and bell peppers. I also doubled the recipe to make it last because it’s amazing as leftovers.
