I followed the recipe to the tee. The flavour was great...a bit sweet even after I cut the sugar down a bit. The problem I had was the cookie didn’t flatten out like the pictures. I rolled it into a ball and pressed down on the top and put in oven and when it came out, it was done-shaped.
