Amazing!! I added a strawberry topping (w/ cornstarch to gel it). . Giving this one to our neighbor Dennis; my taste buds are sad to let it go, but my hips appreciate it!!

This was my first attempt ever at making cheesecake and I’m quite pleased. I followed the recipe explicitly and it was fantastic! I drizzled mine with a simple chocolate ganache before serving which made it beautiful and loved even more by the chocolateaholics in my house. Only had one complaint which was my son who thought he could taste the egg. He suggested I use less eggs next time. I’m definitely curious how that would compare. I used “large” eggs.
Nonetheless a hit!!

This cheesecake is amazing! It turned out perfect. It had the right amount of tang to it that I really love. It was super creamy yet firm without being overly dense or dry. The crust was very tasty (the second time I increased the crust because it was so good). It’s now my “will you make cheesecake and bring it to the party” dessert. It’s a little time consuming but oh so worth it! Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious! Though I felt that it was a little low on sugar so I added a bit more. I also used one of the tips provided and used Oreos for the crust (and tastes really good if you add a cup of mini chocolate chips in!) Five stars for this recipe! I will definitely be making this again!

This is an amazing recipe. Made it a second time and cut the sour cream in half and added a half cup of Nutella.

This recipe is similar to another I use for a marbled chocolate cheesecake, but the tips provided meant this was the first cheesecake I have ever made without it cracking. I will definitely make this one again - it was a hit! I did end up baking it a lot longer ( more than 30 minutes) but felt confident as the tips noted that oven temps run differently, and the way to test by shaking the pan worked.

this has become my go to method. i had many compliments on,the texture and creaminess. i added pie spice and cinnamon to my crust and used vanilla sugar. but the bake technique with the Waterbath is the best! everyone requests this now. and my 3 yr old enjoys helping so its a win win

Amazing! Turned out absolutely perfect and delicious! Everyone kept saying it was the best cheesecake they’ve ever had, no joke. This recipe will be my go-to from now on. I added a raspberry reduction on top, even better!

Amazing! Yummy!🥰🥰 not everything was room temperature. The crust wasn’t as firm as I like so I Lessened the amount of graham crackers. All in all delicious!

It was SO good that I even ate some and I don’t even LIKE cheesecake! It was so creamy and over baked! I agree it’s the BEST CHEESECAKE EVER!
