Great recipe! I used another recipe that said to refrigerate for 1hr during any one of the rises. That seems to do well too.

I tried three different recipes and landed on this one! I don’t have exactly the right ingredients (bread flour or rapid rise yeast), but the consistency was great! Making again today!
