    These were the best scratch made buttermilk pancakes I’ve made! So I did alter the recipe a little. First off, I didn’t have vanilla flavor; but I did have banana flavor. So I substituted the vanilla for banana. I also didn’t have buttermilk, so I made my own! I added lemon juice to some regular milk. I actually halved the recipe, and I used Himalayan pink salt instead of sea salt. And the pancakes came out amazing! I loved them! Thanks for the recipe! Felicia from Maryland
