    I’ve always believed reviewers should make the recipe as-written before commenting, otherwise your reviewing how your substitutions worked out. All that to say that I really like the oily heat on these Brussels sprouts. Parmesan cheese helped balance the spiciness and gave it that slightly salty tangy note. Big hit for me, but I’m still searching for that home run recipe that my kids will enjoy. Will definitely make again!

    i already like brussel sprouts, i opted to not use the peppers because i dont like spicy things. But it turned out great, the parmesan cheese was a great touch, i added onion powder. Was super quick and easy to make

    I have always loved Brussels sprouts, but this recipe did nothing for me. There was way too much garlic and Parmesan, both of which I love. I will not try this again. It sounded so very good. Sorry

    Good, the Brussels are good enough even without frying with spices 👍🏻 I prefer them without Parmesan

    Good. I added bacon instead of olive oil. Different, but tasty.
    Delicious! I make mine all in one pan; a big shallow pan, less water, keep it covered, and when the water is gone they will carmelize
