I recommend blending all the ingredients except the avocados. Smash those by hand and add the rest of the blended ingredients. For a little extra taste add 1-2 Tbsp of salsa.

Very tasty! My husband loved it! I think next time i will add plain Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.

A big hit with the family. The kids aren’t big fans of cilantro so I left it out and it still tasted great.

It was great.....except I am not a cilantro fan. Being a “good cook”, I tried the recipe as written, and NOW I will modify.
Love the technique!!
