- 1 bag baby carrots
- 4 large potatoes (cut into chunks)
- 1 packet lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can beer (or coca cola)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 cups beef broth (salsa, or salsa juice)
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

- pepper
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
