This recipe was good just the way it was written. The mustard was not strong at all.

This was really good. I left out the ketchup and mustard in the meat mixture and only used as a glaze. I also used red onion as that’s all I had. Would make this again for sure

It was very good! I love Yummly. I doubled the recipe and used half yellow and half Dijon mustard .

Always delicious. I make it on a sheet pan instead of in a loaf. I also decrease the mustard to about 1/4 cup.

Not too good. Cooked longer and it still came out mushy. Won’t be making this one again

Used a glaze of ketchup, cider vinegar, brown sugar, dijon mustard, and hot sauce...turned out great.

It was very simple and quick to mix. I added parsley, grated carrots and finely chopped mushrooms. I mixed the ketchup at 1/2 ratio with a really good bbq and use whole-wheat Panko Crumbs. I baked it 3 small loaf pans at 375* for about 45 minutes. Delicious!

This is delicious as is. I usually make one big loaf in order to make sandwiches for another day but I rarely have enough leftovers. I use 1lb ground beef and 1 lb ground pork and a good quality Dijon mustard. My husband and super picky son usually have seconds. The recipe is simple and comes together quickly but it’s great comfort food for a busy weeknight.

turned out really well and we had enoughto make two which is great because I dont have to cook dinner another night this week ;)
it did feel like it was missing something. Next time (because im definitely making this again) we might try adding some sausage or ground beef or maybe some veggies to give it a little something extra!

This is a great starter recipe to have in your toolkit. Only modification I made was 1lb ground beef for 1lb Italian sausage.

its delicious everytime, i just leave the mustard out though and turns out sooo good. i never had great meatloaf ever but this one is delicious.

Delicious and very moist! I only used 1/4 cup of mustard and added about a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Quick to prepare and bakes nicely in an hour. It's the first time I've made a meatloaf without using a loaf pan and it worked very well.

This was sooo good. I'll have to glaze it next time. Was good with spicy BBQ sauce.

This was just not to our taste at all. We reduced the amount of mustard in the recipe and it was still just so overpowering. I took one bite and made a sandwich, my husband (who loves mustard in all forms) thought it was overkill, and my kids finished their vegetables without any prodding but left half of this on their plates. I don't know if i messed up or what, but this was a no.

Good basic meatloaf. I made it as written and will probably tweak it next time. It was a little on the bland side. Awesome starting point for a tasty meal.

My go to recipe for meatloaf. Fantastic!!! Even the kids love it. I would never use another recipe again.

There are all kinds of recipes out there but this is the best basic meatloaf recipe is the best yumm

Such a good recipe! I used Dijon instead of regular mustard as recommended. I did change up the glaze a bit putting equal parts ketchup and Sriracha sauce and just a tiny bit of brown sugar. Wow it really gave it such a great taste. Will definitely make it again.

This is our new go to recipe for meatloaf. Don't skip the dijon! It really did make the dish flavorful. The only change I made was adding green pepper.

The recipe name says it all. I only used ground beef and subbed a sweet BBQ sauce for the ketchup which everyone enjoyed. I will probably use a spicier glaze next time and blend the ground beef with some sausage for added depth.

This meatloaf was tasty! Used regular mustard instead of Dijon and added green onion instead of regular onion and it turned out well - great for a low effort meal
