These are easy and oh SOOOOOOOO GOOD. We have left them out on the counter and smacked on them throughout the day. This is a must have recipe.

According to my wife, these are the best biscuits ever. However, I made a few modifications. To begin with, there are only 2 of us, so I quartered all the ingredients. If you want a full batch, you'll need to increase my add -on measurements by a factor of 4. Modifications for 1/4 batch: add 1/2 tsp (x4=2 tsp) granulated sugar, and 1/2 tsp baking soda (x4= 2 tsp). I substituted almond milk for milk. (only because we had it left over from another recipe.) They were scrumptious.
